Yani Full Moon Practice

Yani Full Moon Practice  90mins 7.30-9pm  A full moon practice designed to offer space to pause and reset. Inspired by Santoṣa (contentment), the session encourages a softer, non-forcing approach, allowing you to move without the need to change or achieve. The practice explores forward folding āsanas to support inward focus, leading into your own version of Eagle (Garuḍāsana). It concludes with Nāḍī Śodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and guided relaxation, supported by gentle sound, allowing the body and mind to settle and reset. Conscious Connection, Communication & Cuddles

Slow Flow

Thursday morning 10am Slow Flow | 1 hour – £12.00 drop in / £52 for 5 class pass (£10.40 per class) Term time only A slower, more grounding yoga class designed to help you land, reconnect with your body, and calm your mind. We begin gently, arriving through breath and a guided meditation, before moving into slow, breath led movement that gives you space to soften, release tension, and really feel what’s going on in your body. The session closes with a longer savasana (deep rest), allowing your nervous system time to settle and reset. A calm, steady class to support your overall wellbeing and leave you feeling more connected, clear and at ease. There’s also the option to stay after class for a coffee at a local café, to connect and ease into the rest of your day. Mats and props provided. Grounding Body & Mind Yoga

Grounding Body & Mind Yoga | 4 Week Course Saturdays 8 – 9 am (1hr) A 4-week course exploring how connecting to the ground through the feet can support balance, strength and ease in the body. Each session begins with guided breathwork, followed by simple, exploratory exercises to activate the feet and lower body. This awareness is then carried into yoga postures and movement, supporting more stable and connected movement. The class closes with guided relaxation, allowing the body to unwind and reset. Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout to support your individual practice. Limited to 8 mat spaces to allow room to move and receive individual guidance. Ashtanga led class

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of asanas (postures) that forms the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.   Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this practice consists of a specific order of postures that are linked together with vinyasas (movement-breath coordination).   This is a led class and you will be guided through the sequence which begins with with the sun salutations (Surya Namaskara A and B); follows up with a series of standing, seated, and completes with finishing postures.   All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered to allow you to practice safely and in line with the abilities of your body.    To book, please visit  Schedule Appointment with All Flow Yoga
