A CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT CENTRE

The Amethyst Cave is a purpose built studio in Southbourne, welcoming a variety of classes workshops and offerings. Our conscious Movement classes include yoga, dance, pilates and Thai chi. We also have meditation classes, breathwork, sound healing, journeys and more.
