All abilities are welcomed to my Ashtanga class, whether you are new to this style of yoga or an experienced practitioner wishing to refine your practice through a supported, slower paced practice.   I am passionate about teaching my students to enjoy the challenges and rewards of developing their own yoga practice at their own pace and level. I believe that the process of our yoga practice is more important than striving for the ‘perfect’ pose. Each week, you will be guided and supported through the modified sequence (with additional poses added in). I make sure that options are given to enable you to access poses and, as you become familiar with the sequence, you will enjoy the personal satisfaction of building strength, confidence and stability. You are very welcome to join us and find out a little bit more about the magic of Ashtanga! We move through a well paced vinyasa flow, linking movement with breath to create a strong, steady and energising practice. Each month carries a subtle theme, weaving in elements of yogic philosophy, seasonal awareness and astrology, offering a thread of reflection alongside the physical practice. Candlelit Restorative Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

This vinyasa flow class is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace with intention and to listen to your own body as you explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Creative sequence will provide you with both mental and physical challenges however modifications/ stages of poses will allow you to stick with what is good for you. Suitable for all levels yogis, but if you have no previous experience with Vinyasa Yoga, try gentle vinyasa flow class to ease yourself into the practice. Immersive Sound Journey & Gong Bath, with Robin Freeman When: Sunday evenings, 7.30pm-9pm Price: £20 per session Come and join us for a deeply meditative immersive sound journey and gong bath experience with Robin Freeman. These sessions provide a warm welcome and a safe space where you can come to relax, unwind, and just let go…  An opportunity for self-healing, and for restoration of mind, body, and soul. Every session is a unique experience, and each week we work with different themes, directions, and intentions.  About me and my sound journey sessions I am a sound healing practitioner, a gong master and a meditation guide. During my session's i like to combine all of these to create a very unique and immersive sound journey and gong bath experience. I work with a wide variety of healing instruments and tools that have been very carefully selected from many different countries around the world. When combined, these can directly and positively affect mood, brain waves, the nervous system, and body chemistry, with fantastic and profound results. The sounds and vibrations that are created in these sessions stimulate the body to recreate its own harmonic frequency and help produce the alpha waves that are present within our brains whilst in a state of deep relaxation. All you need to do is come along, lay down, and relax, as I guide you along a deeply meditative journey. During these sessions, along with a large selection of healing instruments and tools, I also use several very special gongs. These have been carefully chosen and induce a holistic resonance in the body and a spontaneous meditative state in the mind, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and wholeness. This is both restorative and healing. It is just what our body, mind and soul needs to restore, refresh and revitalise. Who are these sessions suitable for? Everyone is welcome!  These sessions can help with issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, digestion, chakra realignment and energy flow. They also create a perfect opportunity to set new intentions or release any burdens that you no longer wish to carry. My sound journeys are also a great way to cleanse from any negative energy and emotional blockages. The healing sounds and vibrations circulate around and through-out the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. As a result of this it is common for the heart rate to slow down, the blood pressure to drop, and the breath to become calm, peaceful, and return to its natural rhythm. Once the session ends, it is common for attendees to feel very relaxed and then enjoy a lovely deep sleep that night, followed by a feeling of refreshment once you awaken the next day.
