Candlelit Restorative Yoga

Why not spend your Monday evening relaxing and unwinding in a candlelit setting in a beautiful purpose build studio with heated floors.   These restorative yoga sessions are focused on breath control, simple asanas and guided meditation, they encourage slow and mindful movement and are suitable for yogis of all levels.    We will use bolsters and props to allow the body and muscles to deeply relax and let go of tension and stress in the body.  Allow yourself the time of reconnecting with your internal world, dedicating your energy to connecting your mind, body and spirit. Vinyasa Yoga

This vinyasa flow class is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace with intention and to listen to your own body as you explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Creative sequence will provide you with both mental and physical challenges however modifications/ stages of poses will allow you to stick with what is good for you. Suitable for all levels yogis, but if you have no previous experience with Vinyasa Yoga, try gentle vinyasa flow class to ease yourself into the practice. Sound Healing Gong Bath

Biweekly sessions Everyone welcome. If this is your first time at a soundbath, just come along, bring some water and a warm blanket. I will guide you through everything. All you need to do is lay down, relax and enjoy the journey. This Sound Healing Ceremony & Gong Bath is suitable for beginners and those with previous experience. I will be using a selection of beautiful gongs, singing bowls and various sacred shamanic instruments collected from my travels around the world. We will combine the power of the magical full moon with sacred sound healing and reiki to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.
