Pause + Breathe is a calming yoga class for parents and carers to move, rest and reconnect. This weekly session offers accessible, beginner friendly yoga, gentle breathwork and a warm, welcoming environment. It’s a space to take time for yourself before stepping back into the day. Sanctuary: Regulate, Rest, Reflect

Sanctuary is a weekly, hour-long space for rest, regulation, and reflection, designed to support nervous system balance in a demanding world.   The session draws on polyvagal theory, somatic psychology, breathwork strategies, and philosophical traditions such as Buddhism and Stoicism. Alongside guided meditation, participants are introduced to simple, practical techniques that can be gently woven into everyday life. These may include sensory regulation through marrying modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom and we will explore ways of understanding stress, neurodivergence, and modern overwhelm through both science and story.   Each session includes a short grounding preamble, a guided meditation, and optional brief reflection, sharing of accessible resources through the creative unpacking of the latest academic journals, all held within a calm, clearly facilitated container. The atmosphere is intentionally soft and restorative, with subtle sensory elements to support settling and presence.   Sanctuary is suitable for people experiencing stress, burnout, disability, or nervous system overload. Sacred Sound Immersion

A Ceremony of Rest, Renewal & Resonance Wight Feather (Isle of Wight) & Geri Slav warmly invite you into a sacred sound journey — a held and intentional space to soften, release and remember your natural state of harmony. The journey begins with gentle, guided movement and conscious breath, inviting the body to soften, open and arrive fully in the present moment. Through slow, intuitive gestures and spacious breathing, surface tension is gently released, allowing the nervous system to settle and prepare to receive the sound immersion more deeply. From this grounded place of presence, you are invited to rest — to be carried by sound and vibration as they move through you in their own natural rhythm, without effort or expectation. The sound journey is guided by the voices and vibrations of didgeridoo, hang drum, medicine drum, percussion, Tibetan bowls, chimes, shruti box and voice — instruments whose resonance speaks directly to the nervous system, the heart and the deeper layers of being. Held within the nurturing womb of the Amethyst Cave, with its warm heated floor, mats and supportive props, this gathering offers a space of safety, stillness and deep listening. All movement and breathwork are entirely optional and offered with care. You are always invited to listen to your body, to pause, adapt or rest whenever you need. No prior experience is required. Align and Shine with Shelley This get together will be a releasing, rejuvenating and enlivening session that is accessible for everyone. I'll be sharing structural and practical well-being tools, incorporating fun movements, yoga, tapping, sound, relaxation and connection. No matter where you are in your body journey this practice will meet you. There will be options and modifications throughout. We know how much letting go we have all been facing, but this is now a whole new phase of our being and a time of magnificent movement, accessing our hearts desires to create and bring fruition to all that has been boxed within ourselves. We are in this presently crazy world, yet we are of so much more and it's an inside job that we can access through our body, intention and perspective.  Together is better and as we are all prisms of this beautiful diamond, let's Shine bright as we move into our next phase of the perpetual Now. Kundalini Yoga

Start your day with Kundalini Yoga! Also known as the yoga of consciousness; this practice focuses on purifying and strengthening the physical, mental and spiritual body.  Each class incorporates breathing techniques, kriyas, mantras and meditation.  If you want to shift blockages and harness more energy, this is the class for you!
