We will dive into the magical world of crystals together - uncover how crystals work, how to cleanse/charge crystals as well as getting hands on trying different methods of intuitively choosing crystals and programming a tumble stone to take home with you.   There will be opportunities for reflection throughout the session as well as a quartz infused healing to close the workshop – this part is particularly special! Ashtanga led class

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of asanas (postures) that forms the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.   Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this practice consists of a specific order of postures that are linked together with vinyasas (movement-breath coordination).   This is a led class and you will be guided through the sequence which begins with with the sun salutations (Surya Namaskara A and B); follows up with a series of standing, seated, and completes with finishing postures.   All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered to allow you to practice safely and in line with the abilities of your body.    To book, please visit  Schedule Appointment with All Flow Yoga
