These weekly 45 minute classes will work to strengthen and stretch your full body. The classes are the perfect way to get moving, breathing and ready to take on your day!

Pilates is a great low impact form of exercise that works on improving posture, building core & full body strength, increasing flexibility, as well as relieving stress and tension. The class is suitable for all levels (beginners are always welcome!). Mats and Pilates props are provided.

This class is not suitable for pregnant or postnatal clients. However Georgia does run weekly pre/ postnatal classes – get in touch to find out more.
