Pregnancy Pilates

To book: www.gilates.com/bookonline Pilates is a great low impact form of exercise to do during all stages of pregnancy. The classes will help you to stay fit and feel strong, whilst relieving any aches and pains you may be experiencing from your growing bump.  You can take the class at your own pace and modifications will be offered depending on where you are in your pregnancy and if you are experiencing any issues.  The classes are also a great way to meet other new mums in the area. Mum & Baby Pilates

£10 PAYG | £45 for a block of 5 classes.   To book: www.gilates.com/preandpostnatal These classes are the perfect introduction back in to exercise for new mums, lots of core work, full body strengthening and lovely stretches.  The classes will be very relaxed so you can feed/ entertain your babies throughout, as well as take the class at a pace that feels right for you on the day.  I recommend waiting until after your 6 week check up before joining these classes (10 weeks if you’ve had a c section).  Please contact Georgia if you have any questions about the class: gilatespilates@gmail.com

Pilates

The classes are the perfect way to get moving, breathing and ready to take on your day! Pilates is a great low impact form of exercise that works on improving posture, building core & full body strength, increasing flexibility, as well as relieving stress and tension. The class is suitable for all levels (beginners are always welcome!). Mats and Pilates props are provided. This class is not suitable for pregnant or postnatal clients. Term time block booking with each class being £11. Learn the classical Pilates method with a modern twist still staying true to Joseph Pilates six principles of.
