Tai Chi for beginners and improvers: If you’ve ever wanted to find out more about learning Tai chi and Qigong come and join in these slow gentle movements and postures from the 8 Step Yang Style.
A relaxed informative session for any age, ability and gender. Cultivating a meditative state with controlled breathing techniques and mental focus to improve posture and balance.
Come along and have a go or book your place through Jenny at
£8.50 per person PAYG or £30 for block of 4. 
Please wear loose clothes and indoor only rubber sole shoes.
