A slower, more grounding yoga class designed to help you land, reconnect with your body, and calm your mind. We begin gently, arriving through breath and a guided meditation, before moving into slow, breath led movement that gives you space to soften, release tension, and really feel what’s going on in your body.
The session closes with a longer savasana (deep rest), allowing your nervous system time to settle and reset. A calm, steady class to support your overall wellbeing and leave you feeling more connected, clear and at ease.
There’s also the option to stay after class for a coffee at a local café, to connect and ease into the rest of your day.
