Pilates is a great low impact form of exercise to do during all stages of pregnancy. The classes will help you to stay fit and feel strong, whilst relieving any aches and pains you may be experiencing from your growing bump.
You can take the class at your own pace and modifications will be offered depending on where you are in your pregnancy and if you are experiencing any issues.
The classes are also a great way to meet other new mums in the area.
