Join Johnny on a Monday, where he’ll guide you through an invigorating and mindful Vinyasa Flow. For a variety of levels, you’ll focus on breath to guide you through a selection of Ashtanga postures. With conscious movement, you’ll develop strength and flexibility, and with a calming meditative finish, you’ll feel refreshed and ready to take the week head on.
