Ashtanga led class

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of asanas (postures) that forms the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.   Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this practice consists of a specific order of postures that are linked together with vinyasas (movement-breath coordination).   This is a led class and you will be guided through the sequence which begins with with the sun salutations (Surya Namaskara A and B); follows up with a series of standing, seated, and completes with finishing postures.   All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered to allow you to practice safely and in line with the abilities of your body.    To book, please visit  Schedule Appointment with All Flow Yoga

All abilities are welcomed to my Ashtanga class, whether you are new to this style of yoga or an experienced practitioner wishing to refine your practice through a supported, slower paced practice.   I am passionate about teaching my students to enjoy the challenges and rewards of developing their own yoga practice at their own pace and level. I believe that the process of our yoga practice is more important than striving for the ‘perfect’ pose. Each week, you will be guided and supported through the modified sequence (with additional poses added in). I make sure that options are given to enable you to access poses and, as you become familiar with the sequence, you will enjoy the personal satisfaction of building strength, confidence and stability. You are very welcome to join us and find out a little bit more about the magic of Ashtanga! Join Johnny on a Monday, where he'll guide you through an invigorating and mindful Vinyasa Flow. For a variety of levels, you'll focus on breath to guide you through a selection of Ashtanga postures.
