Yani Full Moon Practice

A full moon practice designed to offer space to pause and reset.
Inspired by Santoṣa (contentment), the session encourages a softer, non-forcing approach, allowing you to move without the need to change or achieve.
The practice explores forward folding āsanas to support inward focus, leading into your own version of Eagle (Garuḍāsana).
It concludes with Nāḍī Śodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and guided relaxation, supported by gentle sound, allowing the body and mind to settle and reset.
