*8 monthly women’s circles delivered in a ceremonial space (in The Amethyst Studio or outdoors in nature, weatherpermitting), that will include: breathwork, bodywork, movement, guided meditations, uniquely crafted rituals, shadow work, art, voicework, Cacao ceremony, Blue Lotus ceremony, bonfire, sharing circle and much more…
*ongoing WhatssApp group, that will provide you with guidance, support, bonus elements (contemplations, practices, rituals, meditations etc.) and a safe space for connection.
