Conscious Connection, Communication & Cuddles is a guided relational practice exploring consent, boundaries, conscious communication, and platonic touch in a safe and respectful environment.
This 4-hour experience offers a gentle space to slow down, connect with your body, and explore authentic connection with others through presence, listening, and optional nurturing touch.
The session will be on Saturday 4th April, 2:00–5:30 pm
