Grounding Body & Mind Yoga | 6 Week Course
Sundays 8:30–9:30am (1hr)
A 6-week course exploring how connecting to the ground through the feet can support balance, strength and ease in the body.
Each session begins with guided breathwork, followed by simple, exploratory exercises to activate the feet and lower body. This awareness is then carried into yoga postures and movement, supporting more stable and connected movement.
The class closes with guided relaxation, allowing the body to unwind and reset.
Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout to support your individual practice.
Limited to 7 mat spaces to allow room to move and receive individual guidance.
