Vinyasa Yoga

This vinyasa flow class is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace with intention and to listen to your own body as you explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Creative sequence will provide you with both mental and physical challenges however modifications/ stages of poses will allow you to stick with what is good for you. Suitable for all levels yogis, but if you have no previous experience with Vinyasa Yoga, try gentle vinyasa flow class to ease yourself into the practice.
