These classes are the perfect introduction back in to exercise for new mums, lots of core work, full body strengthening and lovely stretches.
The classes will be very relaxed so you can feed/ entertain your babies throughout, as well as take the class at a pace that feels right for you on the day.
I recommend waiting until after your 6 week check up before joining these classes (10 weeks if you’ve had a c section).
