A mixed level Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class.
This will be flowing class harmonising breath and movement seamlessly moving from one posture to the next.
Using our breath in a conscious way whilst flowing and moving is amazing for your mental and physical health.
We will work on the correct alignment building strengthen, flexibility and balance.
In my classes we change our focus each month, so we learn the flow for long enough that you get to know it so you can really engage with your breath and focus on deepening and improving your postures.
All levels welcomed.
