Mindfulness Meditation

Experience mindfulness and learn skills for being calmer and more present in daily life. Christine Dawson is a qualified mindfulness meditation instructor who will help you understand mindfulness and start living mindfully. Sessions will include practices around the body scan, breathwork and mindful movement.
Christine goes further than mindfulness instruction and holds space for compassion and reflection so the whole experience enables a better relationship with self and others. Practicing mindfulness meditation has been shown to help people cope with stress and can improve physical and mental health. Christine has a gentle, humorous approach but is deeply passionate about sharing the life-changing benefits of the practice.
