Mindful Unwind Yoga

Let go of the busy week, and serenely float your way into the weekend with this calming practice. 

This slow, gentle hatha class will unwind your mind and restore emotional balance. We’ll use relaxing breathing techniques and mindful somatic movement to connect with the body and release any stress or tension. Then we’ll embrace restfulness with some restorative poses, and explore our inner world with guided meditations inspired by positive psychology. Suitable for beginners and yogis of all fitness levels.
