This Hatha Vinyasa yoga class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of asanas (postures) synchronised with breathing, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time and gently closing with a short meditation.
As a core focus of this class, you will work on your strength and improve flexibility through postures. While there is a degree of intensity to this style of yoga, classes will respect the limits and capacities of every student and you will be encouraged to push yourself safely and within your own parameters. Different modifications are also provided so you will be able to “tailor” the class to your own needs, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner there’s always an option for you.
