This two-hour workshop will help you feel more energised, release tension, leaving you calm, refreshed, and balanced.
What to Expect
A blend of mindful movement, yoga postures, breathwork, restorative practices, and sound healing for a complete mind-body experience that you truly do not want to miss.
✨Let’s Energise⚡
We’ll begin with a warm-up, followed by Yoga Postures and movement to warm up and release our spine & hips. You’ll feel invigorated, refreshed, and deeply connected to your body. Moving into breathwork & meditation.We will take a short 5-minute (comfort break) in silence to maintain the peace as we transition into the second part of the workshop.
✨Let’s Restore
The second part of the workshop focuses on deep relaxation using props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to support longer-held stretches for the hips and spine. We end with an extended Savasana, using pillows, blankets and bolsters, underfloor heating to relax muscles, and sound healing with singing bowls to help you fully unwind.
