Explore, express, and embody your emotions – a workshop for women Give yourself permission to stop running and to finally meet yourself where you are — not where you think you should be. Do you want to reconnect with your emotions and co-create a safe and empowering space to truly feel? Join us for a deeply healing 1/2 day workshop designed to help you explore, express, and embody the raw and beautiful truth of five of our core emotions: fear, trust, anger, sadness, and happiness. Through meditation, embodiment practice, and sharing circle, you'll learn how to make space to really feel your feelings, release repressed emotion, and reconnect with the strength that’s always been yours. Each emotion will be explored with gentle yet powerful practices like journaling, movement and somatic release techniques —all in a nourishing and supportive environment. We're going to be letting go of numbing strategies, rewriting our emotional narratives, and reclaiming the fullness of our human experience.
