Full Moon Restorative Yoga

Contact Shanti on 07908322007 Relax your body, your mind, and your whole being during women's restorative Yoga. This is a floor based, gentle practice to nourish the body, calm the mind, reset the nervous system and create space. Let go of the every day demands and expectations of you and allow yourself this time to focus on your self care and make you a priority. These restorative yoga sessions are focused on basic breathwork, simple asanas and gentle guided meditation. We will use bolsters and props to allow the body and muscles to deeply relax and let go of tension and stress in the body along with eye pillows and blankets. This class is designed to help you release stress, nervousness, anxiety, stuck emotions and anything that is holding you back from a relaxed state. Allow yourself the time of reconnecting with your internal world using your breath as your focus and dedicate this time to connecting your mind, body and spirit. Give yourself permission to feel safe and nurtured during this practice, reset your nervous system and leave this class feeling relaxed and prepared for the week ahead. This class encourages intuitive and mindful movement and is suitable for yogis and yoginis of all levels. Message me for extra details and to book into class.
